Crew fuselage- filler still requires sanding Crew fuselage- filler still requires sanding Boom fuselage

The first thing that needed attention was the wing part between the fuselages. About one millimetre had to be shaved off the front or leading edge of the lug that fits into the crew fuselage, to allow a properly aligned join with the fuselage. The same piece of wing needed a bit of building up and reshaping along the front.
The wings in general are a nice fit, except for the starboard wing, which needed a bit of filler to make it look nice.
Filled with putty and nearly finished Build up, before placing in glazing.
Finally came the glazing. Some bits fit, others do not.
The central piece fits in well, except at the front, which fits in each bottom corner with a gap that widens towards the top. Rather than fit it and fill in the gap later, I tried building an extra millimetre of fuselage with filler, and using the glazing piece to impress its end shape into the filler before it hardened. This was about 95 percent successful, with only a minor amount of filler used after the final fit.
The well glazed crew area Balkenkruz
Decals are supplied for two aircraft. The underside balkenkruz had to be cut, to accommodate some underwing detail, which was then painted to match.
